The New Norma believes in protecting our Mother Earth through sustainable corporate practices such as our green initiatives of using only recyclable paper products and working only with partners and suppliers who are able to support us in our drive towards protecting our Earth.
Our Approach
Environment
Internally as a corporation, we practice the 3 “R”s of “Reduce”, “Reuse” and “Recycle” by adopting and participating in National initiatives such as the National Recycling Programme and the use of the blue recycling bins launched in 2022 (i.e. the “Bloobin” initiative by the National Environment Agency (NEA), Singapore).
Social
In terms of the social aspect, the New Norma believes in fair labor practices, workplace health and safety, employee diversity and equity, taking reference and seeking guidance from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.
Governance
Our Corporate governance covers corporate integrity and accountability, including board diversity, fair executive pay ratios, practicing business ethics with anti-corruption policies, and transparency with investors and stakeholders at all times, in line with the national standards, recommendations and practices such as the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), Singapore.
